However, in the event of a faulty item slipping through our inspection we offer a hassle-free return policy which allows you to return any of the goods purchased from our website that appear flawed or if it is not exactly as described in the item description.
Returns are allowed within 14 days of the invoice date. The goods must be in the same condition as were received and the item must have the original box, sheath, papers, etc. that your purchase was issued with.
Please return the item in the original packing (ensuring to remove any old labels to prevent postage errors) and ensure that each item is completely wrapped and sealed securely.
The goods must be returned to Pacific Bladeware via Aus Post Registered Mail which includes an insured secure recorded delivery service. Once the item has been returned, we can then issue a replacement. Shipping charges Collect or C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused.
Letters of Authenticity are issued with some items. These letters are issued by the manufacturers and include important information relative to the product. They also contain the manufacturer's postal address, email address and telephone contact numbers if you require further authentication of your purchase.
