This is a beautifully manufactured Presentation and display case for the 3rd pattern Fairbairn Sykes Commando Knife. Built to last, it is hand crafted from solid English Mahogany, stained and hand finished to perfection.
The inside bottom of the case has a solid felt inlay with the impression of the F-S handle to hold the knife steady in place. The lining of the inside lid is top quality off-white silk. Both the hinges at the back and the securing clasp at the front of the box are brass. The base of the case is covered in thick felt to prevent scratching on a hard surface.
