Boker Military Knives

In 1943, while working together training OSS instructors, Capt. W.E. Fairbairn and Col. Rex Applegate collaborated on the design of this 'pure' fighting knife. In effect, the new Applegate-Fairbairn knife corrected all the faults that had become evident in actual combat use of Commando daggers in World War II. The Applegate-Fairbairn knife is the world's only production combat knife ever designed, based on actual military combat experience.

Boker achieved the knife's preferred rearward balance by inserting steel weights into the attractive ergonomically designed handle. All the A-F knives carry a serial number which is stamped on the edge of the brass guard.

When you can trust no one…

…trust one of these.
